A mindful march and yoga

Join me on April 29th for a fun, present and peaceful walk through Epping forest, finishing off with a 1 hour yoga class and mini picnic.
A 1 hour mindful walk, off the beaten track in Epping Forest. On arrival, turn off your phone and switch off for the next 2.5 hours, allowing yourself to become present in the moment. The walk will be conducted in silence unless speech is absolutely necessary.
Upon completion of our walk we will roll out our mats (or simply practice on the grass) for an hour long practice, before stopping for a little snack and returning home.
Meeting point will be mailed to those joining the walk - and can be reached from London with ease on the central line. Space is limited to 10 people per walk.
