Intuitive Writing Sessions To Enrich Your Creative Practice

Welcome,


These writing sessions are a rich online space where you get to spend a bit of time intuitively writing in response to various different prompts.

The important bits before you book:

  • group sessions run for 90 minutes and 1:1 sessions run for 60 minutes
  • we start the session with a short guided meditation, or focusing on simple breathwork
  • the prompts might include images, photographs, quotes, and poetry
  • the writing practice will follow a ‘free-form’ and intuitive format
  • there is no focus on grammar, or writing structure, only on writing intuitively
  • the sessions are relaxed and informal
  • the group is always kept small and intimate with no more than 6 people
  • you are welcome to book a 1:1 session if you would prefer not to be in a group
  • sessions are not recorded
  • you will receive the Zoom link straight to your inbox once you have made your booking
  • bring a few sheets of paper and whatever you choose to write with
