3:05 PM - 3:10 PM

Breathwork and Grounding


Simple breathwork exercise to help participants settle in. Encouraging a sense of awareness of the present moment.

3:10 PM - 3:25 PM

Guided Meditation


A mindfulness meditation focusing on breath awareness, body sensations, or thoughts without judgment. Providing gentle guidance and space to pauses for reflection.

3:25 PM - 3:35 PM

Reflection and Journaling


Participants are invited to write their thoughts on their experience. From prompts such as: What did you notice during the meditation? How did it feel to be fully present?

3:35 PM - 3:45 PM

Discussion and Mindfulness in Daily Life


A facilitated discussion about integrating mindfulness into everyday routines. Ending with a short gratitude practice or affirmation.
