- How to develop a strategy for managing stress that fits into with your lifestyle.
You will leave with an alternative way of looking at stress and practical solutions to help you feel on top of it all.
This workshop will led by medical herbalist and contemplative coach, Victoria Wright, PhD. Victoria has a rigorous and scientific approach to helping people understand their own health issues thanks to 10 years' experience working as a research scientist and 6 years training as a medical herbalist. This is uniquely combined with 20 years of meditation training and the study of contemplative psychology and coaching.
