(Afterwards, take the opportunity to linger nearby — perhaps over lunch or a quiet walk through Covent Garden, letting the calm and spark of the morning stay with you a little longer).

Hosted at The Orangery, this tranquil urban oasis blends nature, sustainability, and mindful design. You’ll be surrounded by living greenery — over 35,000 plants grown on-site — as you enjoy:

  • A reflective conversation on navigating the modern world of work, change, and challenge — led by Bella Ikpasaja, Workplace Culture Specialist and Founder of The Intentional Neighbourhood Consultancy (10:05–10:30 am)
  • A guided wellness segment focused on Nature and Mental Health, inspired by the city farm — led by Marcia Griffiths, The Orangery’s Community Lead (10:45–11:25 am)
