About this event
Mid-life is a time of deep change for so many women - menopause and changes at work & home bring all their own challenges.
We often spend our time caring for others, focussing all our attention on their needs. This is a chance to focus on YOU, on your own needs. And to see what arises.
I'm offering this restorative morning for free as my gift to every woman who feels she has given much of herself over the past year. A chance to receive instead of give.
These three questions sit at the heart of what you'll be exploring on this nourishing, restorative morning retreat.
- How does change in the past support change today?
- What helps us move beyond our limiting beliefs?
- Why is self-compassion the answer to so many things?!
You'll be doing some gentle exploration, using mindfulness and tried and trusted exercises to open up your thinking - all in a safe nurturing virtual space from the comfort of your own home.
A morning of practical compassion to support you through menopause and mid-life
A live on-line event, filled with practical guidance as well as tips & tools to support yourself through the inner changes that can accompany this life stage.
Over the morning, we’ll be exploring how change is an integral part of mid-life - not only in the physical changes that happen 'to' us, but also the changes we can create to help us move through it.
We'll close the day with a restorative Yoga Nidra - a deeply relaxing practice to ensure everyone leaves feeling fully rested and nourished.
You’ll be in the company of other amazing women. This is a safe space. You are free to simply listen or to share - to do whatever feels right for you.
