With her extensive personal training skills, she's devised a class that's a dynamic combination of Pilates and Tally’s go-to HIIT, which simultaneously burns fat AND stretches your muscles so to stop you from seizing up. After the workout, you'll tuck into a well deserved feast with some of your favourite foods made über-healthy. Raw cocoa ice cream anyone?
