Event description
London-based vocal ensemble Omnia perform an evening of choral music from throughout the ages in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

About this Event

London-based vocal ensemble Omnia performs an evening of music throughout the ages: from Byrd, Elgar and Paul Mealor, to jazz standards, popular favourites and even Disney, there will be something for everyone’s musical tastes!

Tickets are £10 (under-18s £5), including tea and cake in the interval, and are available online or on the door. In honour of Martin Ellison, the father of one of the group, who passed away from a heart attack in January 2019, all proceeds will go directly to supporting the work of the British Heart Foundation.

Founded in 2017, Omnia comprises up to ten singers drawn from semi-professional choirs in and around London. Its members have a particular interest in performing for people who might not normally have access to live music, having performed for residents in several hospices, care homes, shelters and at the Grenfell Tower Support Centre. Over the past three years, Omnia has performed in venues across London and the UK, from Devon to Norfolk, and embarked on a week-long tour to the Dordogne in Summer 2019.
