With stress and anxiety being so prevalent and effecting more of us than we think Naomi Langford-archer, a nutritional therapist from GUT NUTRITION is here to help and talk to you about ways of managing and reducing stress and anxiety through diet, lifestyle and supplements.

Naomi’s brother and 13 other friends are currently running 10 marathons in 10 days across the width of Sierra Leone to raise money for MIND, the mental health charity. She is charging £10 for the talk and all takings will be donated to MIND.

Healthy refreshments and snacks will be provided for you to try.
