Doors open 45 minutes before the start of the show. The seating in each price band is unreserved, so it's worth coming early.
We don’t have a specific dress code. We would like our audience to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible to enjoy the performance. Also, some cathedrals don't have the most comfortable of seats! Please feel free to bring a cushion along to sit on for comfort.
All our seating is unreserved in each price band, so the earlier you arrive, the better the seats you'll be able to get. If you're in a larger group, we strongly recommend you arrive early to ensure that you can all sit together.
Nearly all of our venues are wheelchair accessible and we can cater to any specific requirements you may have. We endeavour to accommodate everyone at our concerts, so if you have any requests, please do email us at: tickets@candlelightconcerts.co.uk
Yes! We welcome any photos or videos during appropriate moments in the concert and we would love to see them on social media after the show. But please be respectful of those around you and do make sure your flash is turned off before you start filming!
Latecomers will be allowed to come in and wait by the entrance until a suitable moment in the performance (usually at the end of piece) and can then find a seat. You may not be able to sit in your seating band until a longer break in the performance so as not to disrupt the performance.
No, not at all! Anyone can attend our concerts and we encourage children to come along! Our performances are a fantastic way to begin a journey into classical music.
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds, but we will always offer you the option to exchange your tickets to one of our other events, either in the same venue or any other venue in the season! We want you to come and enjoy our exceptional candlelight concerts!
