Prepare to be captivated as we showcase its breathtaking capabilities. Like a maestro conducting a symphony, our team will command Dynamic Pressure Profiles, manipulating the extraction to hit every perfect note of sweetness, acidity, and body.
Each group head becomes a soloist, powered by its own Independent Gear Pump for absolute precision, allowing multiple, unique performances to unfold at once. And for the encore? Every masterpiece can be repeated with flawless consistency, thanks to fully Customisable Profiles that save each creative composition.
To showcase this incredible versatility, our cocktail menu will feature 3 drinks created with 3 espressos from the very same bean. You'll taste the full spectrum of flavour as we brew each shot with a different pressure profile: from a delicate, filter-style extraction using a coarse grind at low pressure, to a perfectly balanced standard shot, and finally a powerfully intense shot at high pressure—all proving just how customisable a single coffee can be.
Throughout the evening, these incredible features will be used alongside a single coffee roasted by one of our partners, to craft 3 exquisite cocktails, turning technology into a truly dramatic and delicious experience.
The performance begins on Thursday, 30th October, at our London Showroom. The doors open at 6 O’clock until the curtain closes.
