A NIGHT OF ADVENTURE TALES

Join us for a beer and listen to incredible people talk about their incredible adventures.

When: 6 June 2017, doors open 7:00pm, 7:30pm start.

Where: Prince of Wales Pub, 150-151 Drury Lane, Covent Garden, London, WC2B 5TD.

Russell Smith

In 2015 Russell quit his job to become the first person to scoot LEJOG on a 16″ wheeled kick scooter!! His tales don't end there...with a wealth of adventures from space hopping to kayaking, 1000 mile endurance journeys and altitude mountaineering trips, running Paris-London, wild camping in central London to summer sunrise climbs and most things in between. Russell is now coming into his 20th year of outdoor experience, his trip focus is to inspire and make people smile.

Anna-Marie Watson
Anna-Marie constantly pushes her own mental and physical boundaries and has achieved considerable success at an international level in endurance sports. She is a Ultra-Trail World Tour sponsored athlete and supported by WAA, the French ultra equipment company.

Her greatest achievement was at the Marathon des Sables (2015) where she placed second overall female and in the elite top 50. She consistently achieves podium places in ultra running events and loves to test her endurance abilities to the max. Previous to ultra running, Anna-Marie focused on IRONMAN 70.3 distance triathlons, racing in Australia, Europe and the Middle East, consistently ranking in the top 5 of her age group and qualifying for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships in 2013 held in Las Vegas, USA and 2014 in Mount Tremblant, Canada.

Jamie Ramsey
Jamie is a British Adventurer who ran 17,000 miles, unsupported, from Canada to Argentina. His route followed the west coast of north and central America before heading down through Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia before finally arriving in Argentina. As if that's not enough, Jamie is currently cycling 3500 miles from Sao Paulo to La Paz in just 30 days. Jamie will be joining us fresh from his latest adventure, with a whole host of stories to share.
