Guided by Gizelle, you’ll experience a self-love manifestation practice, restorative breathwork, and an immersive sound bath to rebalance your mind, body, and soul. We’ll finish the evening with soothing bedtime mocktails and time to connect with like-minded souls on the same journey.

• 7:45 pm – Begin with a 1-hour guided session with Gizelle
• 8:45 pm – Unwind with soothing bedtime mocktails & gentle conversation (20–30 mins)
• 9.15 pm - Doors Close
