Do I have to already know how to journal?

You're welcome to join us whether you're a seasoned journaler or have never tried the practice before. Henny will share a Flow Journaling prompt - carefully crafted to help your thoughts flow.

What if I find meditation difficult?

The approach we're taking is a blend of different practices, designed to be deeply relaxing. However you experience it will be ok. All you need to do is allow yourself to settle, and let Henny's voice guide you.

Do I have to already be subscribed to 'A piece of quiet'?
