In the lean startup, the goal is to minimise the time it takes to cycle through the build-measure-learn loop. The focus should not be on building the perfect product, but on building something basic and then improving it based on customer feedback. The Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is a key part of that loop. The session will give you the knowledge to start your very own MVP.
