Everyone knows that we breathe to live, that breath gives us life.

However you might not realise if you're not breathing efficiently then you're not present in your body or in your life.

Or that you've unconsciously being use your breath to repress and suppress your emotions.

Over time this action can lead to illness and disease.

Simply, breath is a crucial indicator of physical, emotional and spiritual health and the impact it has on life quaility gets overlooked.

There is so much science behind this, but we're not just about the science, we're about giving you the deeper experience.

Our Workshop Day Escape includes:

🍃Morning Yin Yoga ( a gentle way to open your breath, with Kirsten, our host and Yoga Expert!)

🍃Two fully facilitated Transformational Breath® sessions

🍃Lunch in a beautiful setting and connection with a group (yes these are both nourishing).

This one day workshop is an opportunity for you to go deeper with this powerful self-healing tool – Transformational Breath®.

By consciously opening your breath you allow unconsciously held physical trauma and negative emotion, to release and integrate.

The benefits are numerous better holistic health and opportunity for spiritual connectivity and growth.  Also a time and space to do some healing.

You will experience 2 full breath sessions including a gentle Yin Yoga stretch at the beginning.

This workshop is non-residential in a beautiful boutique yoga studio (Studio Orchard) in Buckinghamshire, near Beaconsfield & Gerrards Cross. This is a venue we have been using for many of our event and has the perfect energy and setting for our work. 

A beautiful healing Lunch will be provided on the day. Limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
