Join me for a heartfelt session designed to gently release what weighs you down using carefully chosen music, guided visualisation, and calming breathwork. We'll create a safe, non- verbal space. for processing grief, trauma or life's challenges. You don't need to share or speak - simply arrive as you are, allow the process to unfold, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.

A: No you don't need a yoga mat for this session. Chairs will be provided, but you're welcome to bring a cushion if you'd prefer to sit on the floor.
