Join award-winning Chef Rob Curley of Slemish Market Supper Club in Ballygally Community Hall Co. Antrim for a deliciously entertaining evening that’s guaranteed to tickle your taste buds.

🍳 The Chef Demonstration:

Watch Chef Rob in action as he lifts the lid on the secrets of sauce-making – transforming your everyday favourites into show-stopping creations you’ll want to recreate at home. Adding extra sparkle to the evening, the fabulous Portia Woods will be your host and compere, keeping the banter flowing as smoothly as the sauces.

🥩 Pop-Up Dining Experience

After the demo, 7.30pm sit back and enjoy a 2-course feast:

Succulent Co. Antrim beef paired with local, seasonal vegetables and – of course – those irresistible sauces.

A sweet dessert with a local twist to round off your evening.
