A Scot in Poland: What It Is Like To Go The Other Way?

The Scots of Jadów – A Story That Lives On.

Two friends living in Poland: Paul Ramsay Gogolinski, President of St Andrews Foundation and Marek Suchocki, President of the Jadow Historical Association, will present their personal and research journeys related to Scotland and Poland. Sharing memories and impressions of epic car odysseys from Scotland to socialist Poland in the 1960-80s and establishing St Andrews Foundation focused on promoting Scotland in Poland, talking about the history of the Scottish settlers in Jadów and creation of an annual Scottish Day event - our speakers will certainly make it a memorable evening!

This event was funded by the Consulate of the Republic of Poland in Edinburgh.

The talk will be held on Zoom, please register to receive your link.
