Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of stillness and self-inquiry as we welcome the inward-turning season with “A Season of Softening”—a special ceremony to mark the beginning of our weekly cosy classes.
This extended offering will honour the ancient rhythm of wintering, a sacred descent into the quieter, darker half of the year. Through the gentle, grounding practices of Restorative Yin Yoga, guided breathwork, lunar reflection, and Yoga Nidra, you’ll be held in a space to soften your edges, release what no longer serves, and root into inner steadiness.
🪵 What’s included:
✨ 1 hour of Restorative Yin Yoga to open the body gently, support the nervous system, and soften emotional and physical tension.
🌕 30 minutes of Moon Guide Work, inspired by the Hunter’s Moon, reflecting on abundance, letting go, and intuitive preparation for the darker months.
🛏️ 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra: A deeply restful, guided meditation to support integration and inner transformation "The Stillness Between Seasons"
No prior experience necessary—just come as you are, ready to rest.
