Event description

Description

'A Sense of Belonging' is the joint strategy for improving the mental health and wellbeing of people in Lothian. It is called a joint strategy because it was developed by NHS Lothian, Local Authorities, 3rd sector agencies and collective advocacy working together.

One of the priorities in 'A Sense of Belonging' is to hold a yearly 'Taking Stock' event to “ensure that all are informed of progress and to sense check priorities within a rapidly changing context”. Taking Stock is open to all stakeholders (defined as people and groups affected by the strategy).

There will be presentations and workshops you can sign up to closer to the event. There will be also be a marketplace providing a good opportunity for people to find out more about what is available to support people’s mental health and wellbeing across Lothian.

The event is free but limited to 200 people.

Lunch and refreshments will be available. Please let us know if you have any dietary or access requirements.

If you book a place but are unable to attend please let us know so someone else can have your place.

Thank you
