A Shortcut to Nature Journalling

Join us for a fun and creative day at Newton Old Town Hall on the Isle of Wight as we explore the beauty of nature through journalling! This event is your shortcut to connecting with the natural world and expressing your thoughts and feelings on paper. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned journal keeper, this experience will inspire you to observe, reflect, and document the wonders of the nature on your doorstep.

Don't miss this opportunity to slow down, unwind, and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature!

Steve has documented the nature on his own doorstep over the past ten years and he will show you his own methods, tips and tricks in creating, not only detailed nature observations, but also individual, creative pieces of art.

You will be shown how to look at the nature on your doorstep and how to record this in your own mini nature journal. Steve will show you the tools and materials he uses and he will help you to develop your own style and techniques helping you to make nature journalling part of your own daily practise.

We will be hosted by the National Trust in their Newtown National Nature Reserve and Old Town Hall. Refreshments and biscuits will be served during the day.
