DESCRIPTION
In this 6-week course, guided by Yafiah Katherine Randall, Celia Salazar, and Wafa Al-Turk, we will engage with Ibn ‘Arabi’s teachings through the cultural, religious, and philosophical milieu in which he lived, travelled, and wrote. Readings include his accounts of conversion, encounters with mystics and philosophers, and powerful visions, inviting reflection on how his insights speak to our lives today.
Who is the course for?
This course is ideal for anyone with an interest in Sufism, particularly those drawn to the teachings of Ibn ʿArabī and the contemplative dimensions of Islamic mysticism.

The course comprises 6 x 1.5 hour sessions online between Tuesday, 14 October and 18 November 2025
The course starts at 5:30 pm (17.30) London Time and finishes at 7:00pm (19:00) London time (BST)
