Gan ddefnyddio uned 406 byddwn yn archwilio’r triongli sy’n berthnasol i gyfranogiad rhanddeiliaid yn y sector a phwysigrwydd meddwl yn barhaus am y cyd-destun fel sail i’n gwaith gyda dysgwyr. Bydd y sesiwn hon yn amlinellu’n gryno y cyd-destun y mae dysgwyr yn gweithio ynddo a phwysigrwydd bod yn ymwybodol o hynny ac ehangu eu dealltwriaeth mewn perthynas â strwythurau a gweithrediadau sefydliadol eraill.

Session 2 – the ‘empowered’ assessor

Using unit 406 we explore the triangulation of stakeholder involvement in the sector and the importance of continually thinking about context to inform our work with learners. This session will briefly outline the context learners work in and the importance of being aware of that and broadening their understanding in relation to other organisational structures and operations.
