Welcome to our Supportive Group Session for Panic & Agoraphobia

This gentle, online session is a safe and supportive space for anyone living with panic attacks or agoraphobia. Whether you're currently finding it difficult to leave home, dealing with sudden waves of anxiety, or simply want to feel less alone, you're warmly welcome here.

The session is facilitated by Ryan Lakhan-Bunbury — an ICF-accredited leadership and wellbeing coach with clinical experience delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and panic in the NHS. I’ll also be drawing from my own lived experience of navigating anxiety and sharing the practical tools that have genuinely helped me and many others.

We’ll blend open, optional discussion with gentle structure — including techniques to help ground you in the moment, reduce the intensity of panic, and create a sense of calm and connection. There’s no pressure to talk — just show up as you are. Cameras can be on or off.

Whether you're seeking understanding, reassurance, or new ways to cope, this session offers a chance to connect with others who truly get it.

You don’t have to go through this alone. Join us, and let’s take a small, meaningful step forward — together.
