Sydenham in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, has a rich history, transitioning from a farm to a residential area with significant developments. The area, once home to Sydenham Farm and a polo club, was later developed by Leamington Borough Council and the AC Lloyd company. The architect Sir Frederick Gibberd designed the initial stages of the development, including housing and industrial units.
