Event description

Description

Wilson Horne was called to the bar in 1992. He is highly ranked in Chambers and Partners Legal Directory and is well known as a robust and tenacious advocate. His practice covers land and landlord and tenant law (including insolvency aspects), with a bias towards commercial developments. He is also experienced in agricultural and equine property disputes, and frequently deals with valuation expert evidence. He acts for national developers, central and local government departments, and national pub operators amongst others. A significant proportion of his work involves arbitration and expert determination, and he is experienced in challenging the decisions of such tribunals. Wilson has a special interest in expert determination, where the law and practice may be less well developed than arbitration and, some might say, less well understood.

If you might use, or advise users, about contractual alternative dispute resolution provisions and whether (or not) to include expert determination, then this talk will be of interest to you
