Join us at Indie Fude in Comber for a delicious evening of food inspired by our recent trip to Morocco on Thursday 27 or Friday 28 October. We’re just back from a fabulous (if too short trip) to Morocco for sunshine and some food research too, of course. We fitted in a couple of excellent cooking classes, and some delicious meals, of both traditional Moroccan dishes and more contemporary cuisine. This menu is inspired by our favourite dishes from the trip.
Indie Fude is an independent food company sourcing locally handmade Irish products. They love supporting local food makers and sharing the lovely products they find with their customers via their online shop, their deli in Comber and at a range of markets across Northern Ireland. We love using their products in our supper clubs menus.
