A Taste of Morocco with The Edible Flower
Event Information
Description
Join us at Indie Fude in Comber for a delicious evening inspired by the food of Morocco on Friday 26 & Saturday 27 May. We love Moroccan food and took a great trip there last Autumn for sunshine and some food research too, of course. We fitted in a couple of excellent cooking classes, and some delicious meals, of both traditional Moroccan dishes and more contemporary cuisine. This menu is inspired by some of our favourite dishes from the trip.
The menu: A five course tasting menu of aromatic Moroccan dishes. Think cumin, sweet paprika, mint, ras el hanout, prunes, apricots, pistachios and crisp wafer-thin pastry.
