It’s time to book your place for December’s Business Leaders Forum event.
Join us and the Exeter Leadership Network on December 1st for an evening focussing on leading change.
Mark Thompson, Co-Founder of Holoschange – a leadership, culture and change consultancy and a member of the Exeter Leadership Network, will be exploring ‘megatrends’, how they impact business and how leaders can be more change-savvy.
Mark helps people to grow and businesses to change. He has worked in the military, the entertainment industry and in business - holding accountable positions as an Army Officer and an executive in Nokia, Gap, Sunglass Hut, and the luxury retail sector.
Following the birth of his son in 2004, Mark experienced a significant 'life moment' in which he gained perspective on some of the choices he had made. Determined to live more authentically, he consciously created a second career in leadership development. After learning the ropes in a small leadership consultancy he went on to establish his own practice, Courageouslife in 2008 and in late 2014 created Holoschange with a trusted colleague. Their aims are to deliberately address the gaps in organisational development in whole ways such as the responsibility of organisations to consider those who will come after us: consequently developing more visionary and long term products and solutions that do not contribute further damage to us and our environment.
Mark typically works with CEOs, main boards, and senior leaders who are experiencing deep disruption and change either to themselves, their organisations, or their business model - or all three. They deliver responsible leadership upgrades, ethical business change, and sustainable cultural or organisational development. Mark is deeply interested in the crossroads of choices we are faced with as a species, and how the sustained application of conscious leadership could change our collective future.
The evening will be hosted by David Marshall and Alan Hooper, both members of the Exeter Leadership Network. The network members will also be joining us as guests!
The event will be held at the Business School, with refreshments on arrival. Presentations will follow along with a Q&A. Guests then have the opportunity to network and enjoy a delightful buffet supper.
We look forward to welcoming you on December 1st.
