Our group sessions will be hosted on zoom, you will be provided with the zoom link prior to the event.

Do I have to have my camera and microphone turned on for this?

We want all participants to feel comfortable and safe during our sessions, if you would prefer to just listen in that is fine. Just let one our team members know via the chat. Some sessions may include members being put into breakout rooms, to opt out of this, let us know.

Are sessions recorded?

No we do not record any of our sessions.

What is the capacity of group sessions?

Currently we have space for 25 people per session.

How often does the group meet?
