Psychotherapist Helen Logan will explore what anxiety is and how we can build a toolkit of strategies to feel calmer and more resilient.


Welcome to A Toolkit for Managing Anxiety event at The Pavilion Chichester. Join us on Sunday February 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM with psychotherapist Helen Logan for a two hour session of positive learning and growth.

Helen will explore practical and compassionate ways to understand and manage anxiety.

The session will cover:

  • What anxiety is and where it comes from.
  • The neuroscience of anxiety: Learn what’s happening in your brain and nervous system so that you are better equipped to dial down your anxiety effectively.
  • An evidence-based recovery toolkit exploring physical, emotional, cognitive, interpersonal and spiritual tools for managing anxiety.
  • Making it stick: How you can build lasting habits with helpful tips on how to stay motivated and keep your toolkit an integral part of everyday life.

There will be the opportunity to share or ask questions at the end of the session and a digital handout available on request.

The talk is open to everyone (over the age of 15) whether you experience anxiety yourself or want guidance on supporting somebody else.

Refreshments are available to purchase in The Pavilion café in the break.
