A half day exploration of the ancient healing art of Thai Yoga Massage, with a focus on the body's Ground Zero for stress and tension: the head, neck and shoulders. Learn soothing massage techniques and gentle releasing stretches to quickly relax friends and loved ones. The emphasis will be on doing and experiencing, so be prepared for a packed and active few hours! The number of attendees is strictly limited to ensure a high level of engagement with Ana.

- A brief potted history of Thai Yoga Massage
- Why stress so often targets this area of the body
- How to prepare your massage space
- Self care when giving massage
- Techniques to cover the head, face, neck and shoulders
- Massage do's and don'ts
