The perfect workshop to help you connect more deeply using your breath, where you'll learn the incredible power of Transformational Breath, a conscious connected breathwork technique which includes sound, movement and accupressure points to release tension and improve your overall wellbeing.


We'll come together in a small intimate group (max. 9) within a friendly and supportive space for a transformative and deeply healing breathwork session, where you'll learn how to change the way you breathe to change the way you feel. It sounds simple and it really is!

Join me, Brenna, of Arise Breathwork for this 2 hour Transformational Breath® workshop in north London where you'll learn a powerful breathwork technique to transform the way you breathe and feel.

What to expect:

  • We’ll begin with a short introduction, talk about the benefits of Transformational Breath and i’ll demonstrate the breathwork technique so you feel fully prepared before we start
  • We’ll then move our bodies to a vibey track helping us to open up our breath
  • You’ll then get super cosy on the mat and be guided through a simple yet profound breathwork journey which will include hands on acupressure, sound, movement and positive affirmations
  • Sink into the mat for 15 mins relaxation at the end to help integrate your experience and anything that may have arisen in the session
  • An opportunity to connect with fellow participants and share your experience (completely optional)
  • No previous breathwork experience required

How should I prepare?

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals prior to the session
  • Wear loose comfy clothing, not restricted around the waist ideally
  • Bring your water bottle
  • Bring a notepad and pen for any journaling after your session
  • Feel free to bring a special crystal or anything else you’d like to enhance your experience
  • Mats, pillows & blankets are provided however you can bring your own for added comfort

Who is it suitable for?

Anyone over the age of 18 - if younger please email me for more info.

All levels of breathwork experience welcome, whether you've never tried it before or you're a regular!

  • Any pre-existing heart conditions
  • Epilepsy/ seizures
  • High or low blood pressure with history of fainting
  • Delicate pregnancy
  • Bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, personality disorder

  • Recent major surgery

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring with me?

Just yourself in comfy clothes (ideally loose around the waist), water bottle, journal & pen plus anything you'd like to feel more comfortable/ add to your exp, eg. fave crystal, photo etc. Mats, blankets, pillows & bolsters are provided.

I’ve never tried breathwork before, what happens in a session?

I'll talk about Transformational Breath, the benefits & demo the breath technique, before you set an intention. You'll then breathe for 45 mins, followed by 15 mins integration/ relaxation. There'll be an opportunity to share your experience at the end and connect with other participants.

Why should I choose Transformational Breath® over other types of breathwork?

Transformational Breath® Foundation is an accredited breathwork school with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance and was awarded ‘Best Complementary Medicine Organisation’ by the Institute for Complementary and Natural Medicine.

I’m pregnant, is it ok for me to book?

Unless your pregnancy is particularly delicate then it's fine to take part & many pregnant women join my classes and have breathed throughout their entire pregnancies. If you'd like to ask further questions then please email me on brenna@arisebreathwork.com.

How many people will be in the workshop?

I've a maximum capacity of 9 participants, so it's always a nice intimate group setting

I have some medical complications, can I still book?

There are some contraindications with breathwork, so if you have any medical complications or concerns please get in touch on brenna@arisebreathwork.com and let's chat before you book.

Do you offer refunds?

I often have a waitlist so if someone else would like to buy your ticket then I can offer a refund (minus Eventbrite fees). Alternatively you could transfer your ticket to another person, as long as you update me beforehand.
