A Transformative Space for Experienced Team Coaches & Leaders

The Laboratory is a 6-month reflective and experiential journey designed for experienced team coaches, leaders, team leaders, facilitators, therapists, and managers who are currently working with teams and are ready to deepen their presence, awareness, and systemic capacity. This is not a training course—it is a developmental lab, where professional peers bring real-life cases, challenge each other, and integrate new insights through supervision, systemic constellation work, and structured peer-to-peer reflection.

This space is co-facilitated by Matteo and Daniela, both seasoned facilitators, researchers, and systemic practitioners accredited at EMCC Senior Practitioner level. Daniela is also certified as EMCC ESIA Supervisor: together they guide the process with depth, intuition, and rigor, aligned with the EMCC Code of Ethics.

🎯 Purpose

To co-create a learning field that:

• Enables peer-to-peer co-reflection on complex team dynamics
• Provides a safe, structured container for supervision and constellation-based insights
• Helps participants become more conscious, present, and ethically grounded in their practice
• Integrates systemic intelligence and field-based knowing

This programme is for professionals who:

• Actively work with teams (as coaches, managers, psychologists, therapists, or internal/external facilitators)
• Have a solid foundation in coaching, facilitation, or leadership
• Are not looking for technical training, but rather for insight, growth, and supervision
• Want to bring their questions, dilemmas, and field cases into an enriched and dynamic learning container
• Maximum participants: 6–10

This event will be recorded and you can use the ticket function to pre-purchase the recording before the event. This will be useful for colleagues who are not able to attend the event live and also for those who attend the event live and want to watch it again.

This event will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform where we will use our cameras and microphones to interact with each other as a group.

The self-select fee is a radical inclusion policy to open learning for all colleagues. The guide price for this event is £20.00, however, we appreciate that income varies greatly in different locations and circumstances. Daniela Terrile

Dr. Daniela Terrile is an EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach and Accredited Supervisor (ESIA), working internationally with individuals, teams, and organizations. She integrates systemic coaching, constellations, and transpersonal approaches to foster authentic transformation and collective awareness. As a team coach, she helps groups develop shared vision, alignment, and conscious collaboration. Daniela has been empowerment and systemic thinking professor at Politecnico di Milano and leads supervision and training programs through Il Club del Libro a.s.b.l., her Belgian non-profit dedicated to professional and spiritual development.
