Edge Hill University's transformative approach to transitions helps students thrive, not just survive.
About this event
Transitioning into university or the workplace can be both exciting and daunting. For many, there are unique challenges in achieving the right support. Join Brain in Hand and Edge Hill University to discuss a new approach to help students thrive and discover best practice for supporting students into university, apprenticeships, and the workplace.
We’ll cover the university’s transformative outlook: by encouraging the use of digital tools between students and university services, students are empowered independently manage time, work, and wellbeing. And because it’s easy to create tailored support, there are new possibilities for reaching a wide group of students who might not otherwise get the support they need. This helps students with the initial transition to university, aiding retention, and success both in studies and personal achievements. Plus, through establishing skills that will help students move on to employment after university, it sets them up for life.
This will be a free online session delivered via Microsoft Teams. When you register, you'll receive further details of how to join.
