Join us for a Q&A and book signing with food writer and historian Angela Clutton, discussing her new book The Vinegar Cupboard. The Q&A will be hosted by Russell Norman - award-winning restauranteur, contributing editor for Esquire magazine and author of best-selling books Polpo and Spuntino.

While vinegar has long been a kitchen staple it has faded into the background in the last 90 years, with a large number of flavours and varieties of vinegar declining in popularity. Angela is seeking to change that with her exploration of vinegar, from fruit and balsamic to extracted and infused – Angela’s knowledge of vinegar will introduce you to a whole new way of cooking.
