You'll be joining us for a weekend at Temple Lodge Club, in Hammersmith, a quiet oasis with a beautiful garden in the city.

Grounded in creative arts and play therapy principles, ecosystemic/existential thinking, and Jungian depth coaching, this retreat helps you come home to your parenting — and to yourself.

And I hope you can give yourself permission to pause and to take some time and space to reorient yourself.

It is a supportive, judgment-free space for parents at all stages — from expecting to empty nesting — who are committed to maintaining (or rediscovering) their personal identity while navigating the evolving demands of parenthood.


You'll step into a safe, creative, non-judgmental space to:

Spend two transformational days on creative exploration and reflection with the view of carrying it forward

Rebuild connection with yourself through art/creative activities/ presence and awareness

Rest, recharge, and reconnect with a community of parents like you

Understand your behaviour without shame or blame
