Come and join Fruits of the Forage at The Poachers Inn, Bollington and let Fred, Bert & Chef Ben lead you on a festive culinary adventure thorough our hedgerows and meadows as we embark on a Wild & Heritage Christmas Supper Club. Each course is designed to show you the diversity of wild food and also give you an insight into some historical ingredients and recipes. Throughout the evening FOTF founder Fred Thorneycroft will teach you about foraging in Great Britan and tell tales of ancient folklore & tradition which are tied to the wild plants you will be enjoying. Much of our menu will be foraged and where not we use the most local produce available.
