A peaceful celebration of winter with Chakra Dancing, chanting, creative mindful meditation and walking in nature. Read poems or tell a spooky or significant tale by candle light whilst enjoying a mug of delicious hot chocolate from the garden shop and a mince pie. Release your tension and stress in a safe and nurturing environment amongst a group of like-minded people. Each activity uncovers another layer to reveal your true self, leaving you relaxed, refreshed and full of new ideas and possibilities.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for dancing. All materials provided. Cost for the day is £45 (excluding Eventbrite booking fee) including tea & coffee but please bring your own lunch.
