A WINTER SOLSTICE SOUND BATH WITH CEREMONIAL CACAO

Step into the longest night of the year — a powerful pause where energy shifts, clarity rises, and intentions amplify. As the Sun, Earth, and Galactic Core align, this is your moment to plant new consciousness and open to real transformation.

We’ll work with ceremonial cacao to open the heart and release old patterns, followed by a deep sound journey designed to calm the nervous system, ground the body, and expand awareness.

Sound frequencies and heart-opening practices like cacao are shown to reduce stress, regulate the mind and body, and support true restorative states.

This is your Winter Solstice portal — realign, receive, and reawaken.

Bring an eye mask, pillow, and comfortable bedding so you can fully drop in and relax.

We will also be joined by 8 Flames and Bushman’s Innovation, showcasing crystals, gemstones, jewellery, and plant-based wellness products.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sound healing is an ancient therapeutic practice known for its ability to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, enhance focus and clarity, and support deeper states of relaxation and awareness.

Through the use of sound vibrations, the body begins to soften and release tension. As the nervous system relaxes, breathing becomes deeper, the heart rate slows, and the mind shifts into a calmer state. This is where restorative healing and emotional reset can naturally begin.

Many people attend sound baths when they feel tired, overwhelmed, unbalanced, or in need of a break from daily routines. With the pace of modern life, sound healing offers a much-needed space to pause, restore, and reconnect.

What to bring:
A blanket, pillow, eye cover, yoga mat, and water. This will help you settle into comfort as the healing vibrations guide you into deep rest.
(There are limited mats available on arrival, so please bring your own if possible.)
