This three-hour gathering is a chance to step out of routine and step into a nourishing mini-retreat for body, mind, and spirit.
We’ll open with a 90-minute Yang to Yin practice — starting with energising movement to awaken the body, then slowing into deep, grounding stillness. To close, you’ll be guided into an extended savasana with touches of yoga nidra and sound healing 🎶, offering your nervous system the reset it deserves.
After movement and rest, we’ll turn inward with guided reflections, journaling prompts, and quiet contemplation ✍️.
Our theme draws inspiration from the non-dual traditions — exploring what it means to experience life not as separate parts, but as an interconnected whole.
We’ll close with an optional sharing circle, a space to be heard and held in community 💞.
This morning is for anyone longing to reconnect with themselves and others in an authentic, grounded way.
