Cerddoriaeth Draddodiadol Cymru yng Nghwricwlwm Cerddoriaeth TGAU

Mewn oes pan fo cymaint o rym i amrywiaeth ddiwylliannol, mae llawer yn ystyried ei bod yn hollbwysig dysgu am draddodiadau a cherddoriaeth frodorol y wlad lle’r ydych yn byw. Mae’r sesiwn dysgu proffesiynol undydd yma’n adnodd rhagorol, nid yn unig er mwyn dysgu am y traddodiadau hyn ond hefyd yn fan cychwyn dysgu peth o gwricwlwm Cymru a maes llafur TGAU yn gyffredinol. Mae yna fwy fyth o ddolennau â Bagloriaeth Cymru y gallai addysgwyr eu chwilio.

Amcan y cyrsiau diwrnod hyn yw rhoi i chi strategaethau a syniadau newydd i’w dwyn i’ch canlyn yn ôl i’r ystafell ddosbarth. Dan arweiniad artistiaid sy’n arfer eu crefft a chanddynt wybodaeth benodol am y celfyddydau mewn cyd-destunau addysgol, mae pob diwrnod yn cyfuno arfer ymarferol a gweithredol yn ogystal â’r cyfle i rannu a rhwydweithio ag athrawon, cydweithwyr ac artistiaid eraill.


Mae llefydd ar y cwrs am ddim i’w cadw a bydd y rhwydwaith yn eich noddi i ddod, drwy gefnogi cost staff cyflenwi hyd at £150 y diwrnod.

Welsh Traditional Music in the GCSE Music Curriculum

In times where there’s so much power in cultural diversity, learning about the traditions and the native music of the country in which you’re living is regarded by many to be of the utmost importance. This day Professional Learning session is an excellent resource, not only in order to learn about these traditions but also as a springboard to teach some of the Welsh curriculum and the GCSE syllabus in general. There are even more links with the Welsh Baccalaureate that educators could explore.

These day long courses aim to leave you with new strategies and ideas to take back to your classroom. Lead by practising artists with specific knowledge of arts in educational contexts each day combines both hands on and active practise as well as the opportunity to share and network with other teachers, colleagues and artists.


All A2Connect CPD and professional learning events are free and schools in the Central South region can claim up to £150 for supply cover.
