About this event

Join us for an informative Q&A session about the AA2A residency programme. This session is ideal for artists interested in applying to AA2A and looking to gain a deeper understanding of what the residency involves.

We are delighted to welcome ceramicist Emily Stubbs, current AA2A artist in residence at York St John University (2023–24 and 2024–25), who will share her experiences and offer valuable insights into the programme. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the benefits of the residency and hear directly from someone currently involved.

Who should attend?

Artists and makers considering an AA2A residency.

About AA2A

AA2A provides visual artists the opportunity to undertake a residency in a further or higher education institution, offering access to facilities, academic networks and a supportive environment to develop their practice in exchange for student engagement via talks, workshops etc.
