FAQs

Who should attend?

Trainers/Tutors/Assessors delivering regulated or customised qualifications

Quality / Exam office staff

AAL usually has one point of contact, but sometimes they are not the person delivering the training/assessment. Please encourage assessors to attend.

If your organisation has a large group of assessors, try to vary attendance each month.

Do we need to attend each month?

AAL encourages monthly attendance, but understand you all have busy schedules so this is not always possible. However, as per the Annual Agreement, your centre must attend at least three sessions per academic year. This counts towards your CPD, which AAL evidences to the awarding organisations.

I cannot attend, will you record the session?

AAL does not record any sessions. This is to protect the privacy of our members and their learners, ensuring everyone can freely participate in discussions.

Do I need to keep my camera on?

If you can, yes please. This supports networking participation.

Our company is not an AAL member, can we attend?

Please note: AAL Monthly Networks are closed groups for paying members only. If you are not on our list, we will unfortunately cancel your booking. However, AAL reserves the right to invite third parties who may benefit from and enhance the network, this may include enquiring organisations.
