Alex Young, Senior Business Director:

Alex is one of AAR’s longest serving and most experienced Business Directors, joining the company 15 years ago to lead AAR’s PR consultancy, having spent 11 years working in the PR industry herself. Since then. Alex has developed relationships with hundreds of PR agencies and provided consultancy to over 300 clients reviewing their PR agency arrangements. Paul Phillips, Managing Director:

Following 16 years in working in agencies Paul joined AAR in 1998, originally to set up the media consultancy. He now consults to clients across their creative agency requirements, commercial relationships and working practices with their agencies. Paul says it as he sees it, cutting through to the core issues quickly.
