AGM Notice 2026 – Plus Save the Date for ABCUL’s Spring Event

In accordance with the Association Rules, the ABCUL AGM 2026 will take place:

• Location: Austin Court, 80 Cambridge St, Birmingham B1 2NP

• Date: Tuesday 14th April 2026

• Time: 11.00am – 1.00pm (registration from 10.00am)

The day is free to attend for ABCUL members.

This notice contains information about:

• Registering to attend the 2026 ABCUL AGM

• Submitting motions to the AGM

• Nominating candidates for vacancies on the ABCUL Board

Taking place immediately after the AGM at 2pm, a free all-member event will take place to showcase a first look at the Association’s fresh identity - reflecting its ambition to be a forward-thinking, collaborative, and influential trade body for the sector.

Attendees will also see the unveiling of ABCUL’s new digital engagement platform, a major step forward in transforming how members interact with the Association.

Places are limited to 2 attendees per credit union.
