🧭 Why This Event?

Many of you have told us that basic Excel skills are a challenge in day-to-day operations. This session is tailored to help you build confidence and competence in using Excel more effectively.


👥 Who Should Attend?

This basic training is ideal for anyone who uses Excel in their daily work but struggles with efficiency or understanding how to get the most out of the software. Whether you're new to Excel or need a refresher, this session is for you.


👨‍🏫 About the Trainer

The session will be led by an experienced Computing Technology educator who also brings valuable insight from their role on the Board at Hoot Credit Union. You’ll be learning from someone who understands both the technical and practical needs of credit union professionals.

This introductory course will cover:

  • Navigating the Excel interface
  • Understanding basic spreadsheet concepts
  • Writing and using simple formulas
  • Visualising data with charts
  • Hands-on practice with real-world tasks

Please ensure you bring a personal or work laptop with Excel installed, as this is a hands-on session.
