Feast your eyes and tick off your gift list with high quality, unique handmade items created by artists and makers from our local villages.

You'll find beautiful assemblages, automata, original acrylic, oil and watercolour paintings, prints, cards, coasters, fused and illustrated stained glass, ceramics, jewellery, lino cuts, textile art, sculpture, pyrography and wood turned bowls, pens and other wooden gifts, garden art and much more.

Enjoy delicious freshly made refreshments in aid of the Barnham and Eastergate Community Trust.

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my dog?

Assistance dogs and well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome. There is a beautiful large field outside where you can walk your dog on a lead. This event can get busy with crowds and little people so it may not suit nervous / anxious dogs.

How 'local' are the artists and makers?

This event is organised by the ABE Creatives which is a business support group for artists and makers living within 5 miles of Barnham. We invite a couple of guest artists to join our event to complement the work of our members.

Do any of the artists and makers offer workshops?

Yes, a number of the exhibitors run workshops where you can create your own unique creation. Many also offer workshop vouchers to give as a gift.

Do the artists and makers take commissions?

See something you like but would prefer a different colour/size/…? Many artists and makers enjoy creating something unique for a specific customer and will happily explain their approach, timescale and cost. Don’t be afraid to ask. Often custom items are similar in price to the creations on display
