Aberdeen Basic Regional Anaesthesia Course

This course is suitable for trainees and consultants and is an excellent opportunity to develop/update skills, even if you have attended one before.

This one day course is limited to 16 places. Areas covered included:

• An update on the principles of ultrasound
• Tutorials on performing the common blocks
• Anatomy group teaching using cadaveric models with the help of the anatomy teaching fellows from the university
• Needle practice
• Hands on scanning of live models
